- Safety and training are vital functions at PREFERRED COMPANIES, INC. All employees receive the mandatory training required to perform their jobs to our highest standards.
- Required OSHA training, Hazard Communication training, and Bloodborne Pathogen training are all completed with each employee. General safety training meetings are conducted throughout the year.
- Technical training for each field employee is completed upon initial hire and before they begin work in your facility. Employees receive a documented job description of their designated duties.
- Safety training is multi-lingual to ensure understanding among all employees.
- In-house developed management training program.
